I have been supervising others as part of my clinical practice for over 10 years. This includes both one-to-one supervision, group supervision and peer supervision. I have also completed additional training in supervision from the British Psychological Society to be an accredited supervisor. The professionals I am currently supervising all work in physical health settings, though I would be happy to offer supervision to practitioners in other fields. The breadth of my clinical and supervisory experience will help us in our conversations.

My aim with supervision is to meet your needs and what you require for your practice. This can involve discussion of cases, ethical or workplace issues. It may also include a focus on skill development. You may also wish to use supervision to reflect on how your values, ethics and beliefs are affected by and affect the people you work with.

I use various models in clinical practice though I am also happy to supervise using specific models of therapy, such as narrative therapy or cognitive-behavioural therapy.
